a new conviction

this morning just had the urge to blog lah. and i realised why this term din blog much. coz i have mostly morning classes, and morning rush means i cant blog on the train unlike last term when i went to sch in noon and the trains were empty then.

today i just reconvicted myself that i really wana do community work. if i could dream big and gather like minded people with me to do those work in areas in south east Asia like Cambodia, Vietnam, and other countries... i got excited at this thought, and what more practical but to just work my ass off to raise money for these areas and make sure that money given is well spent either by the local organisation or funds simply managed by our people. and once we are done with one village we move on to the next. in this way, there must be one day where we would cover the whole of a country and move on to the next one right? and like this, one by one i just hope that people in these areas would be helped. my dream is that no one in South East Asia would go without education unless its their choice.

sounds so idealistic. can be done? i feel a great sense that this is what i want to do. to sit by the beaches of a coastal area, and simply teaching children in a village what it means to live..
